If you attended Melaleuca's annual Convention in Orlando,
you already know. And if you missed Convention, you've already
heard. Melaleuca has just unleashed the most powerful Internet
service on the planet - iGlide.net. You also know that besides
enhancing the already dynamic Pacesetter Program, we threw
gasoline on the fire with the mentor compensation program
which rewards those who help create Pacesetters. As if that
were not enough, we introduced Melaleuca Advantage: a new
program that greatly increases the discount loyal Preferred
Customers receive and rewards them for their loyalty each
time they purchase a Melaleuca product. Melaleuca is on the
move!
In fact, we are moving so fast that as we approached Convention,
we worried that all these announcements could be too much!
Too much to comprehend; too much to assimilate; too much to
implement. And the products! Maybe we had too many new products,
too. How would we get the message across on all of them? Should
we slow down? Were we moving too fast? Should we wait with
a few things and introduce them next year at our Business
Launch in January?
Oh, yes, we could wait, but we didn't feel that we should.
After all, we're starting the new millennium with yet another
record-breaking year. We're so far ahead of our competitors
that we can no longer tell who is following us, or if anyone
else is still in the race. We think that this is the time
to pour on the coal
to put as much distance as we can
between us and our nearest competitor, whomever that might
be. And we won't stop there! There is a lot more to come,
and you can count on us to deliver it as soon as it is ready.
With all this new information, one question you may be asking
yourself is, "Since I cannot do everything at once, where
should my priorities be?
- Should I be running around, signing up my organization
on iGlide.net?
- Should I be having meetings, explaining the mentoring
program?
- Should I be signing up my organization as 35 Base Point
Preferred Customers so they can participate in the Advantage
Program?
- Should I be identifying the 'Category 3s, 4s and 5s'
and making sure each of them get to Director their first
month and to Director II the second or third month?"
These are great questions, but there is only one correct
answer: #4. Identify the category 3s, 4s and 5s and get them
to Director. That has to be your "final answer" if you
are going to win at this business!
Of course, that doesn't mean you'll want to neglect these
other opportunities. First, make sure you are signed up as
an iGlide.net customer. That's easy, and doesn't take much
time. That will ensure you get credit on all of your organization
that signs up on iGlide.net. Melaleuca's Internet services
will be expanding rapidly to keep ahead of the competition
and you will miss out on a tremendous opportunity if you are
not installed before your organization is. So sign up on iGlide.net
and then get back to business - helping all those new business
builders in your organization get to Director - now! No matter
what!
After you've signed up, simply follow the next few steps:
- Sign up several new customers for yourself each month.
- Identify all category 3s, 4s and 5s in your organization.
- Get each one of them to Director in the first two months.
(The first month is better!)
It's okay to promise your new enrollees that if they will
furnish the contact list, you will do the presentation. This
earns you Leadership Points and helps them at the same time.
If you are a Director, you have proven you can do this. If
you are not yet a Director, then ask a Director in your support
line for help.
Let's not leave anyone behind! If they want to get there
and are willing to furnish us with their contact list, we
have no excuse to not get them at least to Director in their
first two months. Let's make that commitment to each new Marketing
Executive that wants to build this business. And then let's
get it done
no matter what!
Sincerely,
Frank
