Some people spend their whole lives wishing they could buy a house. Executive Director IV Jason Fisher only dreamed about it long enough to turn 21.
“I bought a beautiful home on the water when I was 21,” says Jason.
He held home ownership status with pride for eight years only to lose his house before some can even afford to buy one.
Now, 14 months later, he has almost 3,000 Preferred Customers, he's earned more than $300,000 and he's buying another house.
He says, “I'm buying another home on the water because the Melaleuca business model works and this time I won't lose my house. Melaleuca has a 20-year track record of success and it is a stable company. I have no fear of losing my house this time.”
Jason is more at ease with the Melaleuca business model because he can rely on it, but that doesn't mean he ignores his reports. He studies them every month, keeping tabs on what needs to happen next in his organization.
“You always have to know what the next step is for your people. Breaking it down monthly clearly lays out what needs to happen to reach the next goal,” says Jason. “Instead of looking at the end result, look at the monthly goal because that will eventually lead to the end result.”
Jason implemented a tried and true business building method to reach Executive Director IV.
“I really started focusing on my circle of influence and I'm effectively going after that circle. I'm reconnecting with people and just telling them about the differences between Melaleuca and traditional multi-level marketing companies,” says Jason.
He likes to point out that there's no stocking or shipping of inventory with Melaleuca, but even more important than that, he emphasizes consistency.
He says, “There's no huge fluctuation in your business from month to month. There are no budget surprises if you are really working at this business.”
He also likes to point out the rewards available to those who really work the business.
“Before Melaleuca, less than a handful of people in my group made any money worth talking about. Now I have dozens and dozens of people earning $2,000 to $5,000 a month,” says Jason. “Just last month, six people in my organization earned more than $10,000 and this is happening for everybody because the money is distributed evenly.”
Jason enjoys every aspect of his association with Melaleuca, from the culture created among business builders to the fundamentals put in place by the company.
He says, “I enjoy Melaleuca more and more with every advancement. Lives are being changed and it's rewarding to work with a company where masses make money instead of just a few, and where the products resonate with everyone instead of just a small group of people. That's what lets me know this is an opportunity the average ‘Joes’ and ‘Marys’ of the world can really benefit from.”
Jason wants to become a Corporate Director in two years and with the support of the people on his team, he knows he'll reach that goal.
He also knows reaching his goal means many other people will also reach their goals in the next two years.
“Seeing people in my organization make money with Melaleuca is humbling,” says Jason. “They haven't ever been able to make this kind of money with other business models and it is an honor to be a part their success directly and indirectly.”
Jason attributes his most recent advancement to the business builders in his organization. He would like to thank his personally enrolled Senior and Executive Directors and all the Directors through Directors V in his organization.
