Gina & Bob Neef
New Executive Directors II
Texas
If it wasn’t for the fire ants Gina and Bob Neef may never have been introduced to Melaleuca. “I was in my front yard weeding the garden when I put my hand in a pile of fire ants,” she says. “My neighbors and friends Executive Directors Amber and Doug McGown were driving by watching me and brought me some Melaleuca oil.”
Amber told Gina all about Melaleuca’s products.
“We completely fell in love with the products and the aspect of getting healthier products for my home and family,” she says. “I’m so thankful she wasn’t afraid to share Melaleuca with us.”
At the time, Gina was looking for a way to supplement Bob’s income. Melaleuca was the perfect match for her.
“I just shuddered at the idea of having to go back out to the corporate world, having a boss, being tied to an office and most of all having someone else care for my kids,” she says. “I had already been home for a couple of years with my children.”
Gina knew she had to do something and she saw the possibilities in Melaleuca. “I could be a stay-at-home mom with the flexibility that we needed and help our family financially,” she says. “Bob is a great provider but it’s so hard this day and age to live on one income, especially if you were used to two. I want to be able to plan for our future, pay for college and retirement.”
Melaleuca has the power to change lives because it helps people realize their dreams and gives them a way to achieve them, Gina says.
“Melaleuca has changed our health for the better,” she says. “I lost my dad to cancer when I was 21, and as I get older, prevention has become more and more important.”
Melaleuca has given the Neefs more choices than before.
“We’ve been able to move into a beautiful area that we wanted to live in,” she says. “Our kids can take advantage of some of the sports they really wanted to be involved in. We can afford to go on a great vacation. But most of all we’ve been able to help others.”
Gina and Bob and Gina’s sister were able to buy their 80-year-old mother a place to live in Florida.
“To be able to help her has been such a huge blessing for us,” she says. “We are now saving for our kids’ college and have paid off all outstanding debt except for our cars and home which we are working on now!”
Gina and Bob want to help others achieve success like they have.
“We’re looking forward to building our Melaleuca business for a lifetime and continuing to help others achieve what we have,” she says. “There’s so much gratification in helping others.
“First of all we would like to thank God, then my incredible family (Bob and the kids have been my best cheerleaders) and all those that I’ve had the pleasure to work with: Executive Director VIII Donna Stewart, Executive Director IV Keely Moore and all of our Leadership Council on the MOM Team has made an incredible difference in our business. I couldn’t have done it without them.
“We want to thank Executive Directors Amber and Doug McGown for introducing us to Melaleuca and for working alongside us the entire way. We’d also like to say that we have much appreciation for every customer in our business but a special thank you to all my personal leaders in my group—Director II Nita Neef, Director Marilyn Overly, Director III Kim Watson, Director II Geordie Stanley, Director Annie Gardiner, Director Angie Price, Director Sara Miller, Director II Melissa Hilton, Director Celina Burleson, Director Karen Ganson, Director Cheryl Sander, Director Moya Wilson, Director Mariana Abadie, Director Casey Conner-Tasker, Director Charmel Dodd, Director Amanda Colin, Directors V Stacey and Eric Levis and Director III Kristin Kennedy that are part of my organization.
