HELPING OTHERS LEADS TO RECORD-BREAKING BUSINESS SUCCESS!

As we approach the holiday season, I believe it’s appropriate to think back over the last 12 months and review the progress we have made, as well as the vast opportunity that lies before us.

It’s also appropriate to take a minute and reflect upon the many new friends we’ve made this year, and the impact they have made on our lives. As I grow older, relationships take on greater meaning. I continue to be impressed by the impact that people have on each other’s lives when they team up to help each other reach their goals.

The tremendous success of our Executive and Corporate Directors is a prime example of how unstoppable we are when we work together toward common goals, and how everyone prospers when we take that approach. Every Executive Director in Melaleuca had to help dozens of others before he or she could ever become an Executive Director. And, of course, it was the very effort of helping others reach their goals that propelled themselves into Executive Director status (and the income level that goes with it).

Enhancing lives by helping people reach their goals is an ongoing process. With Melaleuca, no one can prosper unless they help someone else. And even though Marketing Executives receive residual income from their own efforts, most of their income comes from the efforts of others. We used to hear stories of Melaleuca Marketing Executives who had stopped working their Melaleuca business for several months or even years, and yet their checks continued to come every month, month after month.

While that might peak well for the stability and longevity of a Melaleuca business, it did not indicate that we had done well with teaching the concept of helping others reach their goals.

With the introduction of Leadership Points eight years ago, we now have all leaders’ hearts in the mission of helping others. The results of everyone working together for the benefit of each other is phenomenal!

As we approach the end of the year, it is evident that 2006 will be yet another record-breaker! With McKay Christensen at the helm of our field leadership, we are poised for an even more successful 2007.

All of this success comes from the rather unusual concept of helping others reach their goals.

We hope that no matter how successful we are, or how stable our business is, or how fast we continue to grow, we will never forget our responsibility as leaders to continue to lead and to continue to help others.

When we enroll with Melaleuca, we commit to helping others reach their goals. That commitment doesn’t stop as soon as we reach our own. I commend the hundreds of Senior Directors and Executive Directors who continue to reach out to help others, many of whom are not even in their own marketing organization. We have a wonderful culture! It makes it so rewarding and fun, and successful!

The holidays will bring good cheer and a celebration for a wonderful year past, as well as a tremendous hope for what next year will bring.

As the holiday season approaches I want to say “Thank you!” to everyone who has helped me reach some of my goals. Next year will find me working harder than ever to help others reach theirs.

I invite you to join me as we bring millions of households hope for great health, financial freedom, and a cleaner environment.

This year’s success gives us a responsibility to make sure 2007 brings prosperity and success to everyone affiliated with us throughout the year.

You will see how serious we are about that when you attend the January Launch! Things are getting better! Our Marketing literature is getting better. Our wonderful products are getting even better. Our management team is getting better. I am getting better and even you are getting better! This means our famous graph of year-after-year success is also going to get even better. We have never been more serious about helping you reach your goals! You’ll see what I mean on January 6!
