No other company I know of depends solely on its own customers for its growth and no other company that I know of partners up with its own customers like we do. It's an extremely successful business model and I'm having a ton of fun doing it. Helping the little guy compete with the major conglomerates and win is so much fun for me.

Every time we have a mortgage burning party I feel we have won another victory. Laraine Agren recently told me she and her husband Ray have made the final payment on their home. Belinda and I will be at their home soon to celebrate and to help them burn their mortgage. That is so fun to do! We will have several more mortgage burnings this year. Please let us know as soon as you're ready to burn your mortgage. We would like to come help you celebrate being totally out of debt.

Now let me explain a few advantages we have in the marketplace. We have an extremely aggressive R&D department with several Ph.Ds and scientists who have bought into our commitment of providing safer and more effective natural products to the world. We also have a battery of outside scientists who are competing with each other to bring us their inventions to see if they meet our standards of exceptional products. This competition among these scientists has been a very healthy and a very successful scenario. Again, it is fun for us and allows us to stay far ahead of our competition.

We have a great advantage over other companies in that we control the entire marketing and delivery process from beginning to end. We control the process on each product from the original concept to our own research and fine-tuning of the products and our own manufacturing. We control the process in the method of delivery right to your home. In other words there are no middlemen. None! We control the entire chain of distribution. The Procter & Gambles of the world lose control when their product hits Safeway or Wal-Mart. They are at Wal-Mart's mercy. Someday Wal-Mart will manufacture its own product and that will have a devastating impact on Procter & Gamble. It's inevitable. It is going to happen.

But no one can take us out of business because we control the entire process from development and manufacturing to delivery to your home.

Our most important goal is to provide superior products at reasonable prices. Our second most important goal is to provide residual income to our customers who become Marketing Executives. Each month Jeff Hill announces a special promotion for that month. These are fun and rewarding promotions. You should never miss one of Jeff's phone calls. He does them every month on the first day of the month. You should energize your entire organization to get out and work for this promotion.

But remember that at the same time you are striving to achieve the promotion, you are building something much more valuable, in fact many times as valuable: long-term residual income. What kind of life will you create for yourself and for your family? How many lives will you enhance? That is totally up to you! This is your life! This is your time! Use that time wisely. Make a plan. Make a commitment. And then follow through.
